Problem
In Windows 10, it says that the Wifi connection is not discoverable.
Solution
1. Open the Control Panel. This can be found by typing "Control Panel" in the search bar at the bottom of the screen.
2. Go to the Network and Sharing Center.
3. Choose Advanced Sharing settings.
4. Look to see if the Network Discovery is on
5. If it is not, select Turn On Network Discovery
6. Save the changes.
Problem
My laptop won't shut down.
Solution
1. Press and hold the power button until the laptop shuts off.
2. Remove power source for 5-10 minutes.
3. Restart computer and shut it down correctly.
Problem
My video won't play sound when sharing it on Microsoft Teams.
Solution
1. In the meeting controls, choose the Share Content icon.
2. Click on Include System Audio.
3. Choose the screen to share.
4. Play video.
Problem
I am only seeing 2 people in my Microsoft Teams meeting.
Solution
1. Click on your icon at the top right of your screen.
2. Choose Settings.
3. In the settings menu, click Turn On New Meeting Experience.
4. Log out of Microsoft Teams and Restart.
5. During a meeting, click on the meeting controls (3 dots) and choose Large Gallery.
6. If this does not work, click on your icon again and click check for updates.
Problem
My laptop battery is draining quickly.
Solution
1. Open the Settings. This can be found by typing "Settings" in the search bar at the bottom of the screen..
2. Choose System.
3. Under Display, adjust the screen brightness to a comfortable level.
4. Still under Settings, choose Power & Sleep.
5. Adjust the settings for sleep and hibernating.
6. Close unwanted apps or programs by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del
